Tamara is a psychological consultant and trainer, Director of the Mindfulness Centre of Excellence in London, and a visiting lecturer at King’s College, London. With PhDs in neuroscience and psychology, Tamara is trained both as a research and clinical scientist, and brings an array of knowledge and skills to the corporate sector. She regularly publishes her work in academic journals, where she is known as a primary thought leader. Tamara has authored two books and edited several others. Her approach works to maximise the brain power of high performance individuals in public and private organisations, including Lloyds Bank, Vitality Health, NHS, the National Gallery, and other organisations in the arts, creative, legal and financial industries.
